This funky New York Style industrial building dates back to the 1960s. Upon purchase by Hughes & Tuke in 2006, the building was extensively refurbished including structural strengthening and re-cladding of the two level penthouse apartment.
Rosedale Office Park
Rosedale Office Park developed by Hughes & Tuke in 2003-2004 amongst established native trees. The complex provides eight two level office buildings with basement carparking. The complex is unit titled, with Hughes & Tuke retaining ownership of 6 units.
